SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Identity fraud using identifying information of a minor; penalty. Provides that it is a Class 6 felony for any person, with the intent to defraud, to use identifying information of a minor over whom he exercises custodial authority to obtain money, credit, loans, goods or services.
