Freedom of Information Act; working papers and correspondence of the Clerks of the House of Delegates and the Senate of Virginia.  Provides an exemption from the mandatory disclosure requirements of FOIA for the working papers and correspondence of the Clerks of the House of Delegates and the Senate of Virginia.
