SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Commonwealth Transportation Board; rules and regulations. Provides that any rules and regulations promulgated by the Commonwealth Transportation Board shall be developed in accordance with the Administrative Process Act. This bill is the same as SB 255 (Miller, Y. B.).
