Roanoke River Basin Advisory Committee. Removes the cap on reappointments for nonlegislative citizen members of the Roanoke River Basin Advisory Committee. Currently, nonlegislative citizen members may only serve three consecutive two-year terms. This bill is identical to SB 317.
