SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Rabies certificates. Requires veterinarians to forward copies of rabies vaccination certificates to the treasurer of the locality where the animal resides on a standardized form developed by the State Veterinarian. Currently, veterinarians are not required to use a standard form and transmit the information to the treasurer of the locality where the vaccination occurs.
