SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Individual health insurance coverage.  Expands the scope of who is an eligible person for purposes of guaranteed availability of individual health insurance coverage regardless of health status to include persons whose most recent prior creditable coverage was under the Commonwealth's Medicaid plan.
