SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
State Police; gang membership reporting. Requires the Department of Juvenile Justice to enter the person's name and other appropriate gang-related information required by the Department of State Police into the information system known as the Organized Criminal Gang File of the Virginia Criminal Information Network when the Department of Juvenile Justice determines that the person is a member of a gang. This bill has been incorporated into HB 254.
