Retired judges under temporary recall.  Requires that the General Assembly approve retired judges for service under temporary recall.

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Mandatory judicial retirement; retired judges under temporary recall.  Requires mandatory retirement of judges at the end of the term following their 70th birthday. The bill also requires the General Assembly to approve retired judges for service under temporary recall.
