SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Speed limits. Provides for a 70 mph speed limit on (i) I-295 between Williamsburg Road in Henrico County and the I-295/I-95 interchange in Prince George County and (ii) I-95 between the I-295/I-95 interchange in Prince George County and North Carolina. This bill was incorporated into HB 856.
