SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Relating to mandatory testing of prisoners for HIV. Requires the Department of Corrections to test all prisoners received by the Department for human immunodeficiency virus and authorizes the Department to test for human immunodeficiency virus as the Department shall deem necessary.
