Board of zoning appeals. Clarifies what actions taken by a board of zoning appeals require a majority vote of those present and voting.
SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Board of zoning appeals. Changes the vote requirement from a majority of "the membership of the board" to a majority of "those board members present and voting" for purposes of reversing any order, requirement, decision or determination of an administrative officer as well as other board actions.
