SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Motor fuels tax; revocation of license. Allows the DMV Commissioner to revoke licenses issued to persons in accordance with motor fuels tax law who are found guilty of violating or of noncompliance with any of the motor fuels tax provisions.
