SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Delivery of marijuana field test results. Provides that notice of the right to a full chemical analysis following a marijuana field test may be given by the law-enforcement officer to the defendant or, if the defendant is a minor, to his parent or guardian. Current law only requires delivery to the defendant.
