Russell Fork Scenic River.  Designates a nine-mile segment of the Russell Fork River in Dickenson County as a component of the State Scenic Rivers System. The designation is not to be used (i) to preclude the land along the river from being mined or (ii) to be a criterion for imposing water quality standards.
