SUMMARY AS PASSED HOUSE:

Housing authorities; compensation of commissioners.  Provides that a commissioner shall receive such compensation as may be determined by a locality for each meeting of the authority attended by the commissioner. Currently, that amount cannot exceed $75.

Housing authorities; compensation of commissioners.  Provides that a commissioner shall receive compensation of not less than $75 for each meeting of the authority attended by the commissioner. Currently, that amount cannot exceed $75.
