SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Local regulation of handbill distribution and others activities on highways. Adds the Town of West Point to existing provisions that allow certain localities to prohibit or regulate the distribution of handbills, and other similar activities, to the occupants of motor vehicles. This bill was incorporated into HB 350.
