SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Delivery of newspaper after notice to stop delivery. Provides that the publisher of a newspaper that causes the newspaper to be delivered to the residence of another, after having been given notice to cease delivery, is subject to a civil penalty of $25 for each offense.
