SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Board of zoning appeals; fee. Provides that the fee for filing an appeal to the board of zoning appeals by a person aggrieved by any decision of the zoning administrator shall not exceed the costs of advertising the appeal for public hearing and shall be refunded to the appellant if the decision is overturned by the board of zoning appeals.
