SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Freedom of Information Act; recording of public meetings. Prohibits any public body from conducting a meeting required to be open in any building or facility where any recording devices are prohibited. The bill also clarifies that no public body may prohibit or prevent any person from photographing, filming, recording, or otherwise reproducing any portion of a meeting required to be open.
