RESOLVED by the Senate, the House of Delegates concurring, That the General Assembly confirm the following appointments of certain persons made by Governor Robert F. McDonnell during the 2010 Session and communicated to the General Assembly January 29, 2010:

Randall P. Burdette, 5702 Gulfstream Road, Richmond, Virginia 23250, Director, Department of Aviation, to serve at the pleasure of the Governor beginning January 17, 2010, to succeed himself.
