CHAPTER 761 An Act to amend and reenact § 3.2-5904 of the Code of Virginia, relating to the coyote damage control program. [H 1088] Approved April 13, 2010

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1.  That § 3.2-5904 of the Code of Virginia is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 3.2-5904. Authority of the Commissioner; coyotes.

The Commissioner may enter into agreements with local, and state and federal agencies, or other persons for the control of coyotes that pose a danger to agricultural animals. The Commissioner shall enter into an agreement with the federal government to reestablish the Virginia Cooperative Coyote Damage Control Program.
