CHAPTER 342 An Act to amend and reenact §§ 2.2-2528 and 2.2-2529 of the Code of Virginia, relating to the Community Integration Advisory Commission. [S 148] Approved April 10, 2010

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That §§ 2.2-2528 and 2.2-2529 of the Code of Virginia are amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 2.2-2528. (Expires July 1, 2010) Staffing.

The Virginia Board for People with Disabilities, to the extent permitted by federal law Department of Rehabilitative Services, and such other executive branch agencies as the Governor may designate, shall provide staff support to the Commission. All agencies of the Commonwealth shall provide assistance to the Commission, upon request.

§ 2.2-2529. (Expires July 1, 2010) Sunset.

This article shall expire on July 1, 2010 2014.
