CHAPTER 140 An Act to amend and reenact § 1.2 of Chapter 370 of the Acts of Assembly of 1973, which provided a charter for the Town of Floyd, relating to town boundaries. [S 73] Approved March 11, 2010

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. That § 1.2 of Chapter 370 of the Acts of Assembly of 1973 is amended and reenacted as follows:

§ 1.2. Boundaries. The territory embraced within the town of Floyd is that territory in the county of Floyd, Virginia, as set forth by plat recorded in the clerk's office of the Circuit Court of Floyd County, Virginia, in deed book 69 on page 410-A Instrument # 090002330 which is incorporated herein by reference.
