CHAPTER 109 An Act to designate U. S. Route 1 in the Commonwealth "Historic Route 1." [H 530] Approved March 10, 2010

 

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Virginia:

1. § 1. That U. S. Route 1 in the Commonwealth is hereby designated "Historic Route 1." The Department of Transportation shall place and maintain appropriate markers indicating the designation of this highway. This designation shall not affect any other designation heretofore or hereafter applied to this highway or any portions thereof.
