SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Local school divisions; certain reporting requirements. Reduces certain reporting requirements of local schools. This is in response to the 2009 Appropriation Act, which required the Department of Education to review state laws and look for ways to reduce the administrative burden on local school divisions and the Department of Education. This bill incorporates HB 781 (LeMunyon).
