SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Study; two-way video conferencing criminal proceedings; report. Directs the Crime Commission to study the legal, fiscal, and practical feasibility of the use of two-way video conferencing to receive testimony at a criminal trial or hearing of any person who (i) performs a forensic analysis or examination and whose testimony may be required or (ii) executes an affidavit pursuant to the Sex Offender and Crimes Against Minors Registry Act and whose testimony may be required.
