SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Study; reporting and remittance requirements for abandoned property; report.  Directs the Department of the Treasury to study the reporting and remittance requirements upon holders of property that is presumed abandoned. The Department is to complete its work by November 30, 2009.
