SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)

Death certificates; disclosure to grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Requires the State Registrar or the city or county registrar to issue a certified copy of a death certificate to the grandchild or great-grandchild of a decedent in accordance with procedures prescribed by the Board of Health in regulation.
