SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:
General fund revenue estimates; inclusion of alternative revenue estimates. Requires that when the Governor submits the general fund revenue estimate to the General Assembly each year, that he also submit any alternative general fund revenue forecasts considered by the Advisory Council on Revenue Estimates.
SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Budget bill and gubernatorial amendments to include alternative revenue estimates. Requires that the Governor's submission of the budget bill and his gubernatorial amendments proposed to the general appropriation act include alternative revenue estimates under a "best case" scenario and under a "worst case" scenario.
