SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Sales and use tax; entitlement to revenues. Reduces the size of the expansion of certain public facilities from 50% of the square footage of the existing public facilities to 10%, in order to qualify to use certain sales tax revenues to pay off bonds issued to fund the expansion. To qualify, such bonds must be issued on or after July 1, 2009 but before July 1, 2012.
SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
