SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Elections; prohibited activities at the polls. Creates an exception to the prohibition on campaign activities within 40 feet of the polling place or within the polling place for the wearing by voters of buttons, stickers, or items of apparel that contain a candidate's name or a political slogan. This bill is identical to HB 1610.
