SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)
Carbon monoxide detectors. Requires the Board of Housing and Community Development to promulgate regulations establishing standards and requirements for carbon monoxide detectors in residential occupancies and dwelling units serviced by fuel-fired appliances. Owners of non-owner-occupied dwellings or residential units shall maintain the carbon monoxide detection devices in good working order.
