SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Sales and use tax; fabrication of animal meat. Exempts from sales and use tax the fabrication of animal meat to be consumed by the purchaser of the animal meat or his family, when the purchaser supplies the animal or meat that is fabricated. This bill was incorporated into SB 944.
