SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)
Virginia Law Officers' Retirement System. Provides that the supplemental allowance currently paid to certain members upon retirement until age 65 would instead be paid until Social Security retirement age. The bill is contingent on funding being included in the general appropriations act adopted by the 2009 Session of the General Assembly that becomes law.
