SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Subdivision ordinances; landlocked property. Requires localities to include in their subdivision ordinances that in any instance in which the subdivision of land results in a landlocked property, the locality shall require a minimum 20-foot right-of-way from such property to a state highway.
