SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE: (all summaries)
Elections; appointment and compensation for general registrars. Provides that general registrars shall serve on a full-time basis five days a week. The act is to take effect only if the 2009 general appropriation act contains an appropriation to effectuate the purposes of the act.
