Registration of cemeteries.  Allows localities to set forth a register of cemeteries located on private property.

Registration of cemeteries.  Allows localities to set forth a register of cemeteries located on private property and provides for a Class 1 misdemeanor for anyone who destroys or defaces any object or structure in such cemetery.
