SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Marriage license tax; allocation to services for children and youth exposed to sexual or domestic violence. Increases the marriage license tax to $35 and allocates the funds to the Department of Social Services for services for children and youth exposed to sexual or domestic violence.
