SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:
Conflict of interests; establishment of disclosure database. Provides that the information contained in the disclosure of personal interests statements filed by the Governor, the Lieutenant Governor, the Attorney General, the Governor's Secretaries, and members and members-elect of the General Assembly and candidates for such offices be entered into a searchable electronic database that is available to the public through the Internet. The Clerk of the Senate and the Clerk of the House are responsible for establishing and maintaining the database for the members and members-elect of the appropriate house and the Secretary of the Commonwealth is responsible for establishing and maintaining the database for the other officials.
