SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Elections; addresses of protected voters. Revises statutory language regarding protected voters who are permitted to furnish a post office box in lieu of a residence street address to be included on lists of registered voters and lists of persons who voted. The bill also adds any party participating in the address confidentiality program pursuant to § 2.2-515.2 to those protected persons who may furnish a post office box in lieu of a residence street address. It also provides how a protected voter may change his post office box address.
