SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)

Clean fuel vehicle job creation tax credit; adds advanced biofuels. Expands the types of fuels to which the new jobs must relate in order to qualify for the credit by including fuels derived from any cellulose, hemicellulose, or lignin that is derived from renewable biomass or algae.  The bill also reorganizes the definition of "job" and the list of approved job fields to simplify and clarify eligibility requirements for the tax credit.
