SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Charter; Town of Hurt.  Makes numerous changes to the charter including updating the town's boundaries.  Other changes include changing the town's elections from May to November, altering the terms of certain town officers, and deleting or updating numerous outdated provisions.  This bill is identical to HB2103.
