SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:
Planning or zoning matters; notice by applicant. Allows a locality to require, by ordinance, that a person applying to the local governing body, local planning commission or board of zoning appeals for a planning or zoning matter shall post a sign notifying the public of the place and time of the public hearing regarding his property, the cost of which may be paid by the applicant. The locality shall specify any additional information to be on the sign, as well as the size and placement of the sign.
