SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Private prisoner transport. Provides that a private company can be used to retrieve fugitives from outside the Commonwealth so long as it meets minimum qualifications set by the Department of Criminal Justice Services.

Private prisoner transport. Provides that a private company can be used to retrieve fugitives from outside the Commonwealth and requires the Department of Criminal Justice Services to establish compulsory minimum standards for non law-enforcement persons who transport prisoners.
