SUMMARY AS PASSED:
Alcoholic beverage control; suspension and revocation; penalty waivers. Requires the ABC Board, by regulation, to establish a schedule of offenses for which any penalty may be waived upon a showing that the licensee has had no prior violations within five years. The bill provides, however, that no waiver shall be granted by the Board, for a licensee's willful and knowing violation of this title or Board regulations.
