Eastern Virginia Medical School. Alters the manner in which the Board of Visitors of the Eastern Virginia Medical School is appointed, grants additional appointment power to the Governor, the Speaker of the House, and the Senate Rules Committee, and provides for the rotation of appointments among the Governor, Senate, and House. This bill is identical to HB 2433.
