SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Virginia Small Business Financing Authority; activities under the Public-Private Transportation Act of 1995.  Authorizes the Virginia Small Business Financing Authority to provide private activity bond financing for entities existing for the sole purpose of developing or operating a qualified transportation facility under the Public-Private Transportation Act of 1995. The bill contains technical amendments.
