SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Powers and duties of the Director of the Department of Corrections. Ensures that the attorney for the Commonwealth is notified of an inmate's membership in a gang by the Director when the attorney for the Commonwealth is prosecuting that inmate for an offense committed while in prison. This bill is identical to HB 2441.
