SUMMARY AS ENACTED WITH GOVERNOR'S RECOMMENDATION:

Payment of costs associated with prisoner keep.  Increases the per day fee from $1 to $3 charged to a jail inmate. This bill is identical to HB 1919.

SUMMARY AS PASSED SENATE:

Payment of costs associated with prisoner keep.  Increases the per day fee from $1 to $5 charged to a jail inmate. This bill is identical to HB 1919.

SUMMARY AS INTRODUCED:

Payment of costs associated with prisoner keep.  Increases the per day fee from $1 to $25 charged a jail inmate.
