SUMMARY AS PASSED: (all summaries)
Construction of wells; geothermal heating systems. Requires the Board of Health to develop regulations for the issuance of an express geothermal permit allowing the construction of wells used solely for closed loop geothermal heating systems. Such regulations shall include a provision that a single application and a single fee shall be required for any geothermal well system, and that the fee shall be equal to the fee for a single private well.
